Watch what you... type?

Hopefully you all know what the Bill of Rights says. The first amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America states that: "Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech." But, fortunately for the lawyers, that's still fairly vague. What is speech? Is what you are reading right now "speech"? Most rational people would think so, but some companies just have such a thin skin that when someone criticizes their product they lay the smack down, in the form of a law suit.

Here's a translation of the text of the suit: "WAAAH! Someone is telling other people how crappy our product is! Waaah! Make them stop! We can't make money if people know how much we suck! Not fair!"

Here's to the Townsends. Keep up the good fight.
