Bellevue to Become Even More Trendy

Bellevue' afraid that their city may not be trendy enough, the Bellevue Downtown Association has called on a crack commando development team to address the issue. "There's a huge, young, urban core here that needs a better lifestyle," declared Dell Loy Hansen, president of Wasatch Property Management Inc. (the Utah development firm brought in to tackle the lack of hipness). Over the next few years, the firm will pour over $1 billion into a nine city block area. The plan of attack is three-fold:
  1. Clean out the vagrants, e.g. - check-cashing services, nail salons, maternity stores, and "family" style Asian restaurants.
  2. Construct a glorious "Super-Block", consisting of condos, an athletic club, condos, an office tower, lots of superfluous waterfalls/fountains, and condos.
  3. Attract thousands of DINKs.
  4. Then the payoff... Profit!
Seen at right above is a concept drawing of the firm's vision for the hip, orange-arrowed future of Bellevue. It remains to be seen whether anyone will be able to interpret this vision.

What all-caps look? The header? That's the only thing that's all caps here. Please complain more specifically.
