LowLight of the Week: Bank One wins this week's LowLight dishonors for their incredibly unoriginal nondescript mailing. Notice how they take great pains not to mention on the envelope who they are or why they're mailing you. But wait! Skor can get a 0% fixed intro APR! Can someone explain what "fixed" really means when it's appended with "intro"?

Comments: Since the Week 1 update wasn't posted until January 17th, Week 2 is being posted on a "special night" in order to catch up. This week Skor also received a mailing from Mercy Corps that had "TSUNAMI RELIEF EMERGENCY ALERT" splashed across the envelope. This doesn't technically fall within the category of CRAP since it's not commercial, so it's not being kept in the CRAP box. This and others like it will be saved though, and perhaps Skor will prepare a quarterly report on the non-profit mailings.
