LowLight of the Week: DirecTV is the winner of the coveted LowLight demerit for the week. This lovely split pea soup colored ad was part of the wonderful "Valpak" Skor occasionally receives. Valpak is essentially an envelope crammed full of nothing but advertisements. Err, packed full of value. Anyway, This lovely value alert from DirecTV uses the word FREE 9 times, not counting the fine print, and it says the actual cost of $40 a month twice.

Comments: You may notice that there didn't seem to be a very large increase in inches this week from the last measurement. Since there was an average amount of CRAP this week, it would seem that last week's measurement was artificially high. Aside from this depth anomaly, there was nothing particularly noteworthy to report this week.
